Summary
About the role:
To assist in the provision of efficient and effective financial administration to Adults Services. The role involves raising purchase orders for Adults Service Suppliers and processing of associated invoices.
You will liaise with providers and internal departments to resolve queries and ensure spreadsheets are updated to allow for accurate billing.
This role is hybrid working, allowing working from home with a base in Llandrindod Wells.
What you will do:
*Calculate and raise purchase orders for services such as domiciliary care and process invoices.
*You will liaise with providers and internal departments to resolve invoicing queries.
*Maintain and update a range of electronic/manual information systems and assist with the collation of any statistical returns.
*Undertake project work on a “task and finish” basis under the direction of the Supervisor.
*Liaise with other organisations including statutory, independent and voluntary agencies.
