Sales Executive

Location: Shrewsbury
We are seeking a Sales Executive to join our telecoms firm based in Shrewsbury. This is an exciting opportunity for ambitious and driven individuals to join a dynamic sales team.
In this role, you will be responsible for selling phone systems over the phone, building and managing your own customer base and driving business growth.
Key Responsibilities:
-Proactively generate leads and convert them into sales opportunities.
-Sell phone systems and related telecom solutions over the phone.
-Build and nurture your own customer portfolio.
-Achieve and exceed sales targets and KPIs.
-Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and sales activities in the CRM system.
Requirements:
-Proven experience in sales, telesales, or a similar role (telecoms experience is a plus but not essential).
-Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
-Self-motivated, target-driven, and eager to build a successful sales career.
-Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
-Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
