Summary
About the role
We are looking to appoint a detail orientated, people focussed Admissions and Applicant Engagement Advisor to join our fast paced and dynamic Admissions and Applicant Engagement team. This is a part time post, working Monday – Friday. We are open to agreeing the working hours across the working week with the successful candidate.
Main Responsibilities
You will have responsibility for the processing of applications across a range of programmes across all levels of study at the University as well as responsibility for developing connections with our applicants to support the overarching admissions and conversion strategy. You will also be required to correspond and assist enquirers across a variety of platforms.
You will be educated to A Level (or equivalent level 3 qualification) as a minimum with a proven track record of putting customers first and experience of using bespoke software systems. Knowledge of level 3 qualification market across the United Kingdom and of the UCAS Admissions processes will be required.
