As the Team Leader, you will play a key role in implementing strategies that enhance client satisfaction and streamline workflows. Your leadership will be essential in aligning team objectives with organizational goals, providing guidance and support to team members, and identifying opportunities for enhancement in service delivery. You will collaborate closely with internal and external stakeholders, ensuring that services are coordinated and accessible. Responsibilities
Lead and manage the day-to-day operations of the Single Point Access Team.
Develop and implement team goals and objectives aligned with organizational priorities.
Provide guidance and support to team members, ensuring high levels of performance and engagement.
Monitor team performance metrics and implement strategies for improvement where necessary.
Facilitate regular team meetings to promote communication, collaboration, and knowledge sharing.
Build and maintain strong relationships with stakeholders to ensure seamless service delivery.
Identify training needs and support the professional development of team members.
Requirements
Bachelor's degree in a relevant field or equivalent experience.
Proven experience in a leadership role, preferably within a service delivery environment.
Strong understanding of operational processes and best practices.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Demonstrated ability to motivate and manage a diverse team effectively.
Proficient in using technology and software relevant to service management.
Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to think critically under pressure.
Hours Per Week: 35.00
Start Time: 09:00
End Time: 17:00
Pay Per Annum: £52,584.00
