Summary
For further information on this role, please see the attached detailed Job Description and Person Specification: To lead and be responsible for the pharmacy team providing a clinical pharmacy service to CCU, surgery & theatres to include day to day oversight of operations, implementation of clear processes for allocating and managing the workforce and skill mix optimisation. To lead on development & improvement of the designated Pharmacy Services in line with Pharmacy & Trust priorities. To develop and implement new models of care which utilise extended roles of pharmacy staff, including the pharmacist non-medical prescribing strategy. To identify resources required, produce and implement business plans to optimise clinical pharmacy service delivery and medicines optimisation to meet the needs of the patients and other service users. To provide and co-ordinate the delivery of high quality, comprehensive pharmaceutical care, to include active participation and integration into the multi-professional team
