To be professionally and legally responsible and accountable for all aspects of own work. To undertake assessments of patients and deliver a formulated individual management plan using clinical reasoning skills and a range of treatment skills To communicate effectively with patients/families/members of the MDT To support therapy assistants and assist and support senior staff to be responsible for equipment used, for ordering equipment as required and ensure competence in equipment use To apply evidence based practice and participate in audit as requited To be aware of challenging and complex situations and seek advice and support as required To maintain comprehensive and contemporaneous patient records To maintain professional registration and adhere to own Code of Ethics as well as Trust and Professional standards To ensure professional and personal development, and participation in supervision to respect individuals, their rights, values, culture and religious diversity and ensure care is sensitive to needs To ensure consideration is given to infection control, Health & Safety, and safeguarding needs of patients
