Summary
A lovely family in South Kensington, London is looking for a Full time Nanny-Housekeeper to provide proper care for their precious baby. An ideal candidate will be someone caring and easygoing who has a basic understanding of child development. Before September, the role will primarily involve housekeeping duties, transitioning to more nanny-focused responsibilities afterward. The family will be traveling to Italy for a month in the summer, so someone willing to accompany them would be a great bonus. A driver who holds a full driving license would be a bonus but is not a must.
Someone who could speak Italian or Spanish languages would be a bonus but they can consider English-speaking candidates. A valid first aid qualification is a requirement for this position.
Working hours: Monday to Friday from 8:30 am to 6:30 pm, approximately 50 hours per week plus one extra night for babysitting
Duties include:
handling ironing and laundry with care
looking after valuable household items
vacuuming and mopping floors to maintain cleanliness
cleaning windows, cupboards, countertops, kitchens, bedrooms, and bathrooms
organising and managing wardrobes efficiently
assisting with the child’s learning and development
washing and dressing the child appropriately
engaging in playful activities with the baby
changing nappies and ensuring proper hygiene
sterilising and cleaning milk bottles
taking the baby on outings to parks and playgrounds
ensuring the baby’s safety, well-being, and happiness at all times
