About the Role
You’ll lead a passionate team and ensure excellence across care, education, and compliance. You'll manage inspections, curriculum delivery, staffing, and quality standards.
Your Responsibilities
Lead and inspire your team to deliver outstanding practice
Oversee EYFS curriculum planning and implementation
Prepare for and manage Ofsted inspections
Build strong relationships with families and staff
Ensure safeguarding, compliance, and operational efficiency
What We’re Looking For
Minimum Level 3 in Early Years (Level 4/5 preferred)
Experience managing or deputising in a ‘Good’ or ‘Outstanding’ nursery
Proven ability to lead Ofsted inspections and uphold EYFS standards
DSL & Safer Recruitment training (or willingness to obtain)
Paediatric First Aid & Food Hygiene Level 2 certification
Confident with nursery software and systems
Schedule
Monday to Friday, 8-hour shifts (no weekends)
