Summary

Join Our Team as an Enterprise Coach!

Are you passionate about social enterprise and eager to make a difference? We’re seeking a dynamic and enthusiastic Enterprise Coach to lead our innovative social enterprise activities - including laser cutting, t-shirt printing, pottery and many more. If you thrive in a hands-on role and love empowering others, this exciting part-time (22.5 hours per week) opportunity is for you!

Key Responsibilities

1. Coaching & Session Delivery
- Deliver engaging coaching sessions across all enterprise activities, including production and fulfilment.
- Encourage active participation and skill development in each activity

2. Stock & Product Management
- Maintain and monitor product stock levels to ensure smooth operations.
- Uphold quality control systems and product standards.

3. Service User Journey
- Collaborate on co-production and person-centred planning.
- Facilitate 1:1 and small group learning and development.
Ensure safe practice, signage, and structured delivery.

4. Collaboration
- Share best practices with fellow Enterprise Coaches to enhance delivery and effectiveness.
- Build positive relationships with stakeholders, teams, and the community.

Person Specification:
Experience & Qualifications

Essential:
- Experience in a production, workshop or fulfilment setting (e.g. manufacturing, craft production, retail fulfilment)
- Confident user of email, spreadsheets and basic design or order tracking software.
- Level 2 Maths and English (or equivalent qualification).

Desirable:
- Experience working with adults with learning disabilities and/or autism (We welcome applicants without this experience but with a strong desire to learn and attend training).
- A qualification or training in coaching, support work or adult learning.
- Familiarity with stock control and quality systems.

Skills & Competencies:
- Clear communicator with excellent written and verbal skills.
- Organised, adaptable, and collaborative.
- Proficient in planning and data handling across multiple sites.
- Passionate about inclusion, innovation, and enterprise learning.
