Summary
We have a number of positions available for crop picking during this harvest season. The role involves manual work outdoors for 8 hours a day in varying weather conditions. Tasks include hand-picking crops and carrying loads within health and safety limits.
The work is physically demanding and repetitive. Applicants should be prepared for long periods of standing, bending, and lifting. No prior experience is necessary, but attention to detail and the ability to follow instructions are expected.
Candidates must have the right to work in the UK.
Basic training will be provided on-site.
