Summary
You will be assisting the Accommodation Team Leader with management of all administrative functions relevant to the management of temporary and resettlement accommodation.
Proving sufficient suitable accommodation will often be a challenge and you will assist the Accommodation Manager to overcome such challenges!
The post would initially be fixed term for 2 years with the possibility of the post being extended further.
Typical duties:
Administration of temporary and resettlement accommodation and provision of nightly paid accommodation
Arrange nightly paid accommodation as required
Liaise with the occupants and relevant organisations for those accommodated
The successful candidate would be able to work hybrid but would also be required as and when necessary to work from the Councils offices as well as travel to appointments within South Holland. The ability to travel across the district for home visits, office attendance etc is therefore essential.
