The Role:

Are you passionate about delivering outstanding customer service? We’re looking for a proactive and enthusiastic Enquiry Centre Officer to join our vibrant University Enquiry Centre.

In this key front-line role, you’ll be the first point of contact for a wide range of enquiries from prospective students, current students, and other stakeholders. Your mission? To provide clear, helpful, and timely responses that make every interaction a positive experience.

You’ll play a vital part in ensuring our service is not only efficient but also continuously improving—always putting the needs of our customers first. With a focus on consistency and quality, you’ll help maintain high standards while supporting the smooth running of our operations.

Whilst there is a need to be in Portsmouth a few days a week, hybrid working is available for this role after a 3 month induction period, and on a rota basis.
