Summary
General Manager required for our Automotive dealership Client.
Our Client based in Cardiff, are seeking a General Manager to oversee the running of their dealership.
Benefits:
- Starting basic salary between £65-75,000 however this is based on experience.
- Uncapped performance-related bonus scheme providing an OTE between £85-100,000 per annum
- Company car & fuel card.
- Access to manufacturer-accredited training/development.
- 31 days annual leave (including the bank holidays) with holiday allowance increasing over the length of service.
- Various additional company benefits including life assurance, contributory pension scheme, health care cash plan, and employee car purchase scheme amongst others.

Specification:
- Previous General Manager / Dealer Principal experience within a Motor Trade business
- A General Manager who leads from the front and is able to motivate the team to success
- Evidence of a steady and progressive career path
- Highly organised with the ability to prioritise workloads.
Responsibilities:
- Recruitment, training, coaching and development of all members of staff
- Fully responsible for the P&L of the dealership
- Maintaining a strong relationship with the manufacturer
- Focused on Customer Service and ensure that all staff deliver a professional service.
