Summary
Personal assistant needed for Gentleman age 37 .
He lives in Wallasey and suffers with fibromyalgia , chronic fatigue , ADHD , anxiety and PTSD.
He is a friendly outgoing person with a good sense of humor, who gets on well with others.
He enjoys, listening to and writing music, football and darts.
No personal care is required.
Required for 6 hours per week at £12.60 an hour.
This includes 5.6 weeks paid annual leave.
Main duties would involve , Food preparation , accessing the community and helping to keep paperwork and appointments organised.
General household chores like laundry and assisting to appointments when needed.
Building a good rapport with the gentleman and creating a working relationship.
Other requirements may arise but will be informed of with as much notice as possible.
Driver with own car is essential.
Someone who is honest and trustworthy and reliable.
Respectful of privacy and dignity.
Enthusiastic and flexible with a caring disposition.
PA is accountable to the service user and must always ask for consent and approval.
Listen to the service user and his needs and wishes.
PA must be able to work well independently .
This post is subject to a DBS check funded by the employer.
