Are you an experienced remote sales professional with a proven track record in the UK market?
We are seeking driven and professional individuals to join our team as Self-Employed Remote Sales Executives. This is a work-from-home opportunity, offering a monthly minimum wage retainer plus commission, with leads provided through a cloud-based autodialler.
Role Overview
Contact potential customers using a cloud-based autodialler
Encourage customers to review their existing life insurance or financial protection policies
Maintain accurate records and follow strict compliance guidelines
Consistently meet performance targets in a fast-paced sales environment
What We Offer
Retainer at UK minimum wage, paid monthly
Uncapped commission on top of base retainer
All leads provided – no cold sourcing required
Ongoing training and support
Requirements
Must have proven work-from-home experience
Must have UK-based sales experience (applications without this will not be considered)
Experience in cold calling (preferably in life insurance or related fields)
Self-employed status (you will be responsible for managing your own tax and NI contributions)
Own computer/laptop, headset, and stable internet connection
Strong communication and persuasion skills
Important: This is a self-employed role. You will be responsible for your own tax and National Insurance in accordance with HMRC requirements. Retainer and commission are paid monthly.
