An enthusiastic and committed person is required to join our busy and expanding team responsible for the provision of programmes for 16–19-year-olds within an FE college. The majority of our learners are from elective home educated backgrounds with a number attending as an alternative to school.
We are looking for a proactive and independent person who wishes to play a key role in helping young people access learning and develop strong personal routines in order to succeed.
You will be a good communicator who can interact well with young people and their families. You will also have a high level of organisational skills, including managing and operating administration systems. The ability to deal with confidential and sensitive information discreetly and with integrity is essential in order to meet our safeguarding responsibilities.
