Key Responsibilities:
• Providing exceptional care to individuals in their homes, supporting with daily activities such as personal care, meal preparation, medication administration and domestic support.
• Promoting independence were possible and making sure the clients are kept safe from harm, abuse and injury.
• Offering companionship and emotional support to enhance the quality of life of our service users.
• Working independently to deliver care according to personalised care plans and company values and ethics.
• Liaising with families, healthcare professionals and your team to ensure the best outcomes for those you care for.
• Making a difference to people’s lives in their own home, giving Peace of Mind to everyone who is involved in the client’s care.

Requirements:
• Experience in Care: Previous experience in a care environment is essential, with a focus on delivering person-centred care.
• Driving License: You must have your own vehicle and be able to drive, as the role involves travelling between client’s homes.
• Availability: Willingness to work alternate weekends.
• Compassionate Nature: A genuine passion for caring for others, with the ability to engage with service users in a kind and respectful manner.
• Flexibility: The role may involve varying shifts, including mornings, evenings, and alternate weekends.
