Summary

Barnardo's Works is an employability programme working in partnership with associated employers to provide young people aged 16-24 with a unique blend of personal support and accredited training, matched with quality work experience and the opportunity for sustainable, independent employment. We are looking for an exceptional candidate to work in our North Ayrshire service based in Irvine but covering the whole local authority. We are looking for a candidate who can:



- Demonstrate that they have the employability skills to support individuals to apply for jobs or further training (CV, Interview, job Search and college applications, Etc.)
- Proven knowledge of the barriers young people face in moving towards employment or further training
- Experience of delivering training to small groups of individuals
- Experience of working with young people in an informal environment
- Experience of creating and maintaining up to date records
