Summary
What skills and experience we're looking for
We are looking for an enthusiastic and well-motivated person to join our highly effective team of HLTA's. You will be required to work Monday to Friday, term time plus non pupil days,
8.20 am - 4.00 pm.
Applicants should be able to demonstrate experience of planning and delivering lessons across the curriculum in KS2, excellent communication and interpersonal skills, an expectation of high effort and good behavior management strategies and an ability to work flexibly as you will be working in different classes as and when the need arises.
A HLTA or teaching qualification is desirable however for the right candidate professional development training will be offered.
