Summary
Finishing Manager - 4 week contract
Bexhill - Refurbishment project - Immediate
We're currently looking for an experienced Finishing Manager to join the final stages of a Refurbishment project working with a well established Main Contractor. This is a short term 4 week contract role, ideal for someone with a keen eye for detail and strong track record in delivering high quality finishes on a complex refurbishment project.
Key Responsibilities for the Finishing Manager
- Oversee all internal finishing works to ensure quality, safety and programme compliance
- Liaise with subcontractors and site team to drive projects and resolve snags promptly
- Conduct regular snagging and de-snagging inspections, ensuring works are completed to client expectations
- support project handover
Requirements for the Finishing Manager
- Proven experience in Finishing Management
- strong understanding of build quality, sequencing and H&S
- SMSTS, CSCS and 1st Aid
- immediately available
