We are looking for acompassionate, patient, and enthusiastic SEN Teaching Assistant to join ourdedicated team and help create a positive and supportive learning environment.
Key Responsibilities:
- Support pupils with additional needs on a 1:1 or small group basis.
- Work closely with teachers and SENCO to implement tailored learning strategies.
- Foster a safe, inclusive, and engaging classroom environment.
- Assist with behaviour management and emotional regulation.
- Contribute to the development and review of individual education plans (IEPs).
What We're LookingFor:
✅ Experience working with children with SEN (inschool or other settings)
✅ A calm, empathetic, and flexible approach
✅ Excellent communication and teamwork skills
✅ A willingness tolearn and adapt to the needs of individual pupils
✅ Relevantqualifications (e.g., CACHE Level 2/3, or equivalent) - desirable but notessential
