What You'll Be Doing
- Supervise and coordinate mechanical installation teams across multiple sites.
- Conduct desktop surveys and ensure installations meet high-quality standards.
- Interpret mechanical drawings and ensure compliance with industry regulations.
- Oversee daily progress, conduct quality checks, and manage site documentation.
- Maintain health and safety standards and liaise with project managers and subcontractors.
Requirements
- NVQ Level 3 (or equivalent) in Mechanical Engineering, Plumbing, or Heating & Ventilation.
- Proven experience supervising mechanical or renewable energy installations.
- Gas safe
- SMSTS or SSSTS (or willingness to obtain), valid CSCS card, and full UK driving licence.
- Strong leadership, organisational, and communication skills.
Desirable
- MCS-accredited installation experience.
- BPEC/NICEIC certification in heat pumps or solar PV.
- First Aid at Work qualification.
- Experience with ECO4, PAS 2035, or retrofit energy efficiency schemes.
