Summary
EYFS Practitioner - Cotswolds (Full-Time, Term-Time Only)Location: Cotswolds, Gloucestershire
Salary: £21,000 - £26,000 (pro rata, depending on experience)
Start Date: September 2025
About the RoleWe are looking for a nurturing and enthusiastic Early Years Foundation Stage (EYFS) Practitioner to join a warm and welcoming early years setting in the heart of the Cotswolds. You will play a key role in delivering high-quality care and education to children aged 0-5, supporting their development through play-based learning in a safe and stimulating environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Deliver the EYFS curriculum through engaging, age-appropriate activities.
- Support children's learning and development across all areas, both indoors and outdoors.
- Observe, assess, and record children's progress, contributing to individual learning plans.
- Build strong relationships with children, parents, and colleagues.
- Maintain a safe, clean, and inclusive environment in line with safeguarding and health & safety policies.
- Contribute to planning meetings and the continuous improvement of the setting.
What We're Looking For
- A minimum Level 2 qualification in Early Years (Level 3 preferred).
- Recent experience working with children in an early years setting.
- A warm, caring, and patient approach with excellent communication skills.
- Strong knowledge of the EYFS framework and child development.
- A commitment to safeguarding and promoting the welfare of children.
