Job Type: Full-Time, Permanent
Shifts: 40 hours per week between 8 AM – 8 PM, Monday to Sunday

Your Role – What You'll Be Doing
Take inbound customer calls with professionalism and care
Build strong rapport while identifying customer needs
Upsell and cross-sell services and products to maximize retention and revenue
Provide accurate quotes and product recommendations
Meet and exceed individual and team sales targets
Stay updated on product knowledge, market trends, and competitors
Ensure all compliance and regulatory requirements are met
What We’re Looking For
Confident and clear communicator with excellent listening skills
Previous experience in a target-driven sales or customer service role
Strong negotiation and objection-handling skills
Motivated, results-oriented, and passionate about sales
Comfortable using multiple computer systems simultaneously
