An apprenticeship includes regular training with a college or other training organisation. Around 20% of your working hours will be spent training or studying. This leads to a nationally recognised qualification.

Apprenticeships can help you to develop the skills, knowledge and know-how in order to embark on a successful and fulfilling career within the health service.

We are looking for people that will provide compassionate, safe and effective, person-centred care to our patients and who will strive to be the best they can be in their role. If you are committed to enabling the assessment, recovery and management of individuals with complex and acute mental health needs, we would like to hear from you to ensure we provide continued high-quality care whilst supporting the existing team in a dynamic clinical environment.
