Summary
Position: Machine Operator
Location: Wellingborough
Hours 37.5 hours per week
Contract type: Temp - Permanent
Start Date: ASAP
Shift Pattern: Nights, 22:00-06:00, Sunday - Thursday
Salary: £16.50 for first 12 weeks then £17.31 from week 13

My client is one of the UK's premier manufacturers are hiring machine operators for various shifts:
Machine Operator Responsibilities:
• Setting and operating the machines
• Working to customer specifications
• Ability to use a variety of hand tools
• Some repetitive lifting
• To work as part of a team, supporting and assisting others, flexible in different
areas
Machine Operator Key Skills:
Previous experience working within an engineering/manufacturing environment
Must have previous machine operative experience (Setting & Operating)
A keen eye for detail
Methodical approach to new tasks.
Capacity to follow written and verbal instructions.
Punctual and reliable, flexible approach to covering holidays and other shifts.
Can use Vernier calipers and micrometer measuring equipment.
Ability to complete admin accurately including use of good numeracy skills.
