About the School:We’re working in close partnership with a well-regarded, inclusive primary school in Bristol that places Early Years at the heart of its mission. With a dedicated SLT, experienced EYFS support staff, and a curriculum built around exploration and emotional development, this is a setting where children—and teachers—are given the space and support to flourish.
This September, the school is looking to welcome a creative, compassionate and confident EYFS teacher (QTS) to join their team and provide an outstanding start to school life for their youngest pupils.
What You'll Be Doing:-
Creating a safe, stimulating, and joyful learning environment that celebrates every child’s individuality

Planning and delivering inspiring, play-based lessons aligned with EYFS learning goals

Encouraging key developmental skills in communication, confidence, independence, and social interaction

Working closely with teaching assistants, parents, and leadership to support holistic learning
-
Providing strong classroom structure while adapting to the unique needs and interests of your pupils
What We’re Looking For:-
Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) with EYFS experience (PGCE welcome)

A creative, nurturing approach that brings learning to life

Strong knowledge of the EYFS curriculum and child development principles

Confidence in managing classroom behaviour with patience and consistency

A team player who enjoys collaborating with colleagues and celebrating shared success

Someone who thrives in a warm, inclusive school community and is committed to long-term impact
