We’re seeking enthusiastic and dedicated seasonal waiting staff to deliver exceptional dining experiences to our guests. About the Role
Location: Scilly Isles, UK
Contract: Seasonal (immediate start through October 2025)
Hours: Full-time seasonal to the end of Oct 25
Salary: Competitive hourly rate, plus tips and staff benefits, plus assistance with travel.
Key Responsibilities
-Provide warm, professional, and attentive service to guests in our restaurant
-Take orders, serve food and beverages, and ensure a memorable dining experience
-Maintain a clean and organized dining area, adhering to health and safety standards
-Collaborate with the team to ensure smooth service during busy periods
-Engage with guests to share the unique charm of our island setting
Who We’re Looking For
-Previous experience in hospitality or waiting is preferred but not essential – full training provided
-A friendly, positive attitude with excellent customer service skills
-Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment
-Strong communication and teamwork skills
-Flexibility to work varied shifts, including weekends and holidays
-A passion for creating memorable guest experiences
