We are seeking enthusiastic, caring, and hardworking individuals to support our existing team of Health and Fitness Instructors within the lively Dolphin Centre gym.

About the Role: As a Casual Fitness Instructor, you will play a key role in delivering engaging gym inductions, developing and updating health and fitness programs, and explaining the results of body composition analysis. Additionally, leading our popular gym-based circuit classes is also a part of this role.
Our facility caters to a wide range of customers, from age 11 upwards, offering them personalized support and a pathway to a healthier lifestyle. You will also contribute to maintaining the high standards of cleanliness and safety in our gym facility.
Flexibility andamp; Training: This casual position primarily covers holidays, sickness, and vacant shifts, ensuring continuous service delivery. Similar to our part-time roles, a desire to attain a GP referral certificate in the future is mandatory, and this would be funded through our internal training program, subject to your performance.
