An exciting opportunity has arisen which requires a self-motivated individual, with strong organisational skills, to provide a comprehensive administrative support service to the Refugee Resettlement Advisor for the day to day provision and administration of the Refugee Resettlement Team.
You will undertake a wide range of administrative duties in accordance with predetermined procedures, working to targets and deadlines. You will also be involved in liaising with a broad range of departments, customers and elected members. It is essential therefore that you possess excellent communication skills and a commitment to the principles of customer care.
You will be required to demonstrate excellent IT skills including, Microsoft Word, Outlook and Excel. You will also be required to demonstrate previous experience of minute taking and maintaining manual and electronic filing systems.
This role demands that you have the ability, to organise and prioritise workload in an effective way and to respond and adapt to changing priorities required in delivering a quality service.
