Summary
To assist with the coordination of planned maintenance services for all areas within Capital Assets
To assist with the management of a professional, customer focused building maintenance service in order to deliver a safe and reliable environment which will fulfil the current and future requirements of the organisation.
To manage delegated improvement, repair and maintenance projects.
