Summary

We are currently seeking a confident and proactive Customer Liaison Officer to join our construction team. In this key role, you will act as the main point of contact between our site team and the local community, ensuring residents and stakeholders are kept informed and supported throughout project delivery.

Key responsibilities include:

Building strong relationships with residents, clients, and stakeholders.

Handling queries and concerns with professionalism and empathy.

Providing clear and timely communication regarding project works and timelines.

Supporting the project team to minimise disruption and enhance the customer experience.

This role would suit someone with excellent communication skills, a friendly and approachable manner, and experience in a customer-facing or construction environment.
