Summary
ROLE: Telesales Parts Advisor
SALARY: 32k basic + bonus + benefits
LOCATION: Heathrow
HOURS: Monday to Friday, 8.00 – 5.00, 1 in 4 Saturdays 8.00 – 12.00
Telesales Parts Advisor / Parts Sales Executive / Parts Advisor – Duties:
• Tracking all incoming or outgoing parts for a dealership.
• Referring to parts manual to identify the right part for the make and model and year of vehicles being serviced.
• Maximize utilisation of the department.
• Answering phone calls and assisting trade and retail customers with their parts needs.
• Tracking all incoming or outgoing parts for a dealership.
• Maximising all existing and new customer sales.
• Handling parts payment for collection/ delivery and making sure all parts are billed appropriately.
• Liaise with the Parts Department to ensure availability of parts.
• Referring to parts manual to identify the right part for the make and model and year of vehicles being serviced.
Telesales Parts Advisor / Parts Sales Executive / Parts Advisor - about you:
• Previous experience working as a Telesales Parts Advisor / TPS Advisor / Parts Advisor in a main or franchised dealership or in Euro Car Parts or a TPS type environment.
• Able to manage your time effectively, is essential. Strong organisation skills are key to this.
