The Opportunity
We are looking for a Multi Skilled Operative on a casual basis to join the team in Edmonton. We are offering an hourly rate of between 14.00 per hour.

The Role
We are seeking a versatile and hands-on Multi-Skilled Technician with a strong background in woodworking, furniture repair, and general maintenance.
The ideal candidate will be responsible for maintaining, repairing, and enhancing office furniture and fixtures, ensuring a safe and functional.
What you will do:
• Inspect, diagnose, and repair various types of office furniture including desks, chairs, cabinets, and partitions.
• Carry out basic upholstery tasks recovering seat pads using a staple gun.
• Assist within the CNC Desking workshop.
• Conduct routine maintenance and minor repairs on fixtures, fittings.
• Keep accurate records of work performed, materials used, and time spent on tasks.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
• Proven experience in woodworking, carpentry, or furniture repair.
• Strong knowledge of hand and power tools, woodworking machinery, and repair techniques.
• Ability to read technical drawings and interpret specifications.
• Good problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
• Basic understanding of general maintenance tasks.
• Excellent time management and organizational skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Physically fit and able to lift heavy items when required.
