Job Opportunity: Experienced Commercial Plumbers – Immediate Start
Location: Essex & Suffolk Region (including Maldon, North Weald, and Chelmsford)
Start Date: ASAP
Duration: Minimum 2 months – potential for ongoing or permanent work
Working Hours: Monday to Friday, 07:30 – 16:30
Role Type: Temporary, Temp-to-Perm, or Permanent
About the Role:
We are currently seeking reliable and experienced Commercial Plumbers to join our team for ongoing projects across the Essex and Suffolk areas. The successful candidates will be working on a range of commercial sites, supporting key developments in sectors such as education, healthcare, and office fitouts.
You’ll be responsible for installing and maintaining commercial plumbing systems, with a focus on copper pipework and hot and cold-water drainage systems. This is a fantastic opportunity to secure a consistent pipeline of work, with the option to transition into a permanent position for the right individuals.
Key Responsibilities:
Installation of copper pipework systems on commercial sites
Hot and cold water drainage works
Working alongside other skilled trades and following site safety protocols
Ensuring work is completed to a high standard and on schedule
Reading technical drawings and specifications when required
Requirements:
Valid CSCS Blue or Gold Card (Plumbing & Heating)
Up-to-date Asbestos Awareness Certificate
Proven experience in commercial plumbing environments
Ability to work independently and as part of a team
Own tools and PPE
Desirable (but not essential):
NVQ Level 2 or 3 in Plumbing & Heating
Previous experience on school, hospital, or office projects
