? What You’ll Do:Step in as Head Chef at various sites when needed – providing stability, leadership, and high-quality food.
Support new openings, staff transitions, and seasonal peaks.
Train and mentor on-site kitchen teams, ensuring consistent standards and compliance.
Drive kitchen performance, hygiene, and cost control across multiple venues.
Be the go-to culinary expert and ambassador for quality within your region.
Covering locations across London, Surrey, Hampshire, Berkshire, and West Sussex, all within easy reach of the M3 corridor. Travel is a key part of this role – flexibility and a full UK driving licence are essential.
?? What We’re Looking For:Proven experience as a Head Chef or Kitchen Manager, ideally across multiple sites or in relief/contract catering roles.
Strong leadership skills with the ability to inspire and develop teams.
Passion for fresh, seasonal food and delivering exceptional service.
High standards of cleanliness, food safety, and cost management.
A self-starter who’s calm under pressure and thrives on variety.
