Summary
Applications are invited for the above permanent full time post working in Estates Management.
Duties will include a full range of repairs, maintenance and planned improvement duties with the emphasis on heating and mechanical works at various domestic and commercial properties.
Candidates should hold a Level 3 NVQ Diploma in Domestic Plumbing and Heating (Gas Fired Water & Central Heating Appliances) or similar qualification and have previous experience in finding fault on mechanical equipment and systems, problem solving and using initiative to resolve / repair as required.
The successful candidate will be expected to commence as soon as possible.
The ability to communicate in Welsh is desirable for this post.
