Summary
*Cleaner Required for HMO Properties in Nottingham*
We are seeking a reliable cleaner to maintain the shared areas of six HMO properties located in the NG3, NG4, NG5, and NG7 areas. The successful candidate will be responsible for cleaning the kitchens, bathrooms, hallways, and living areas of each property on a weekly basis.
*Key Responsibilities:*
- Clean the shared areas of each property, including kitchens, bathrooms, hallways, and living areas
- Liaise with tenants through WhatsApp group chats as required
- Report any maintenance issues or other relevant concerns to the landlord
- Manage a budget for cleaning products and ensure each property has sufficient bin bags, dishwashing tablets, and other essentials for tenant use
*Working Arrangements:*
- Permanent position with capped hours of 10 hours per week
- Flexible scheduling: choose which days you work the 10 hours (e.g., 2 hours per day, Monday to Friday, or 10 hours on a single day)
- Consistent scheduling: the same days and hours each week to ensure tenants know when you'll be visiting
*Requirements:*
- Own transport (essential)
- Self-motivated and honest individual
- Highly effective at cleaning and able to follow instructions carefully
- UK driver's license required
*Payment Options:*
- PAYE (Pay As You Earn) or invoicing available for legitimate registered sole traders or companies
*Start Date:*
- Immediate start available
