Summary
We are recruiting for a Forest School Leader . This role requires you to work across three settings in Altrincham, sale and Knutsford. Ideally 40 hours per week, however there is an opportunity for 2 people to split the hours approx 20 each, this would depend on the needs of the nursery. A driving license and access to a car is essential for this role
The role is permanent offering a competitive salary at £15.00 per hour
The settings are large, homely settings open 07.30 - 18.00 Monday to Friday.

Responsibilities of Forest School Leader in Cheshire and Trafford
- Planning of activities
- Supporting and managing staff members
- Planning and implementing appropriate outdoor activities
- Record and track children's development
- To communicate effectively with staff and parents
- Knowledge, understanding and practical experience of Forest Schools provision for children.
- Knowledge and understanding and practical experience of sustainable woodland management and education within the outdoor environment
Qualifications and Experience required for Forest School in Cheshire and Trafford
- Minimum NVQ level 3 in Childcare & Education
- At least 2 years post qualifying experience.
- Forest School level 3 desirable
- Love of outdoors and nature.
- Ability to sustain moderate levels of physical effort.
- Full U.K Driving License with vehicle access.
