We’re expanding and looking for a freelance, commission-only Business Development Executive to help grow our client base across the UK.
What You’ll Do
Drive new business opportunities in the IT staffing sector
Build strong relationships with tech decision-makers
Represent InksPage’s specialist staffing services in niche areas
Manage full sales cycle from lead generation to closure
Collaborate with the internal delivery team to meet client needs
You Should Have
2+ years of experience in business development/sales within IT, Telecom, and Engineering recruitment
A proven track record of selling staffing solutions
A strong network within the UK tech ecosystem
Understanding of technical hiring in areas like AI, SAP, Salesforce, or Data
UK residency and ability to work as a self-employed contractor
