About the Role

As a Customer Service Adviser, you’ll be the first point of contact for our customers, providing friendly, efficient, and accurate support across a range of queries relating to all council services. Whether it’s resolving an issue, offering guidance, or simply making someone’s day a little easier, your role is all about putting the customer first.

  • Handle customer enquiries using a variety of media channels
  • Provide clear, accurate information and solutions
  • Maintain detailed and up-to-date customer records
  • Collaborate with internal teams to resolve complex issues
