Summary
Are you passionate about making a positive difference in the lives of learners? We are seeking dedicated individuals to join our team as Learning Support Assistants at our partnered Secondary Schools.
Responsibilities:
- Provide support and assistance to learners across the full school spectrum.
- Foster a positive and inclusive learning environment.
- Work collaboratively with teachers and other support staff to deliver tailored learning experiences.
- Maintain accurate records of student progress and behaviour.
Requirements:
- Passion for working with learners.
- Previous experience in support work, youth work, or similar backgrounds is advantageous.
- Qualifications are not essential, but relevant certifications or training are desirable.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
