Summary
Are you an experienced Employee Relations professional looking to join a dynamic and supportive team within one of the UK's largest organisations? We're looking for a confident and capable ER Advisor to provide expert guidance on a wide range of employee relations matters.
About the Role:As an ER Advisor, you'll play a key role in managing complex employee relations cases, supporting line managers, and ensuring best practice and compliance with employment law and internal policies. You'll be part of a collaborative HR function that values continuous improvement and employee wellbeing.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage a varied caseload including disciplinary, grievance, absence, and performance issues.
- Provide timely, accurate, and pragmatic advice to managers across the business.
- Support the development and implementation of ER policies and procedures.
- Work closely with HR Business Partners and other stakeholders to drive positive outcomes.
- Maintain accurate records and contribute to ER reporting and insights.
Non-negotiable:
- CIPD Level 5 qualification (essential).
- Proven experience in employee relations case management.
- Strong knowledge of UK employment law and HR best practices.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a wider HR team
