From creating effective long term resourcing solutions, building up candidate attraction campaigns and navigating security clearance protocols, you'll ensure our resourcing approach is both future-focused and operationally responsive.

This role demands the ability to balance proactive planning with responsive delivery. You'll take ownership of critical recruitment campaigns, ensuring that mobilisation plans, contract deadlines, and ongoing workforce continuity are met without compromising candidate experience or compliance. You'll also partner with vetting and compliance teams to oversee clearance pathways, mitigate delays, and provide regular reporting on risks and timelines.

Key responsibilities include:

-Leading end-to-end resourcing delivery for high-profile Defence contracts, ensuring compliance, pace, and quality of hire across permanent, contingent, and TUPE programmes

-Driving demand forecasting to ensure visibility of future needs and support early-stage mobilisation readiness

-Building trusted relationships with stakeholders at all levels to influence hiring strategies, shape bid resourcing plans, and align recruitment to contract performance targetsThis role will involve international travel, offering opportunities to collaborate with global teams and support projects across multiple regions.

Using data, insight, and deep market expertise, you'll drive continuous improvement across sourcing, employer branding, and internal mobility. From enhancing attraction strategies in challenging locations to unlocking internal talent pipelines across Defence and Government contracts, your work will directly fuel Mitie's operational success and growth ambitions. With a clear vision and a wealth of exciting projects underway, you'll be part of a team that's focused, driven, and ready to make an impact. What we are looking forWe're looking for a confident and capable resourcing professional who brings both strategic mindset and delivery focus. Success in this role comes down to your ability to influence others, see the bigger picture, and still roll up your sleeves to get things done when it counts. You'll be driven, collaborative, and genuinely invested in delivering excellent service to both candidates and the business:

-Combine strategic insight with hands-on delivery in a fast-paced, operationally sensitive environment

-Build credibility with senior stakeholders and act as a trusted advisor

-Brings real creativity to the table, constantly challenging the status quo and designing innovative, direct delivery solutions that make a measurable difference.
