- Maintain and audit client care plans using our digital care systems
- Accurately update records in Home Instead software and People Planner
- Facilitate smooth introductions between clients and Care Professionals
- Build trusted relationships with clients, their families, and healthcare professionals
- Mentor and support Care Professionals to help them grow and succeed
- Participate in the on-call rota to ensure 24/7 service continuity
- Champion equality, diversity, health, and safety in all aspects of the role
What We’re Looking For
- Level 3 NVQ in Health and Social Care (or equivalent)
- Experience delivering hands-on personal care in the health and social care sector
- Confident in handling MAR sheets/eMar and medication processes in a supervisory role
- Strong understanding of care regulations and best practice
- Excellent communication and people skills – a natural rapport builder
- Tech-savvy with confidence in digital care planning tools and IT systems
- Organised, adaptable, and able to prioritise in a fast-paced environment
- Full UK driving licence and access to your own vehicle
Why Join Us?
- Be part of a team that’s genuinely committed to quality and compassion
- Develop your leadership skills in a supportive and progressive environment
- Take pride in delivering care that’s meaningful and truly makes a difference
- Opportunities to grow your career in one of the UK’s leading home care providers
