Summary
We are working closely alongside a Local Authority in Rhondda Cynon Taf to assist with the appointment of an Administrative Assistant, on a 3-month contract, highly likely to be extended at clients discretion. Please apply with your CV for immediate consideration.
Rate of Pay: £12.21 - £15.95 per hour
Summary:
The Administrative Assistant will support the Coroner Service Manager and the wider administrative team in delivering an efficient, sensitive, and customer-focused service. The role involves providing front-line administrative support including handling enquiries from families, funeral directors, and hospitals, and managing key communication channels such as phones, emails, and post.
Responsibilities:
Provide day-to-day administrative support to the Coroner Service Manager and team.
Respond professionally to incoming phone calls, emails, and correspondence.
Liaise sensitively with bereaved families, funeral directors, hospitals, and external stakeholders.
Manage and respond to the services generic email inbox.Process incoming and outgoing mail, scan documents, and maintain filing systems.
Qualifications:
Welsh Language Level 1
Basic IT literacy and communication skills.
Experience:
General administrative experience.
