Summary
We are currently recruiting for a Vehicle Engineering Administrator to join our Vehicle Engineering Team at our Head Office in Bedford, MK44 3JZ.
You will be an integral part of the Administration Team, supporting the drive forward by identifying, promoting and delivering continuous improvement to ensure the team consistently delivers a high level of customer service at all times.
Key Responsibilities:
- Run daily reports and highlight any possible breaks outside the Service Level Agreements to your line manager.
- Compile month end and quarterly statistics.
- Answering incoming calls and building rapport with clients (internal and external).
- Ensure that all data entry and administrative work is carried out accurately and in a timely manner.
- Be fully aware of cost effective measures at all times.
- Actively look for ways to improve our processes and your own personal performance.
- Promote good teamwork and great team performance by supporting team members when required.
- Process enquires and update accident records for customers as necessary.

- Demonstrable administration experience.
- Proficient Microsoft Office skills including Excel
- Excellent telephone manner
- Strong attention to detail.
- Excellent communication skills both written and verbal.
