Summary

We are currently looking for an Adult's Social Worker to join a Locality Team.

This role requires a Social Work Qualification with a minimum of 2 years post qualified experience.

About the team

This team specialises in supporting vulnerable adults 18+ within the community to improve their wellbeing and quality of life. Implementing care plans and packages, completing necessary safeguarding assessments and MCA's are all key responsibilities. This team works with a wide variety of service users with a multitude of needs including hard to engage clients.

About you

The successful candidate will be a professional well versed in adult safeguarding proceedings. A degree within Social Work (Degree/DipSW/CQSW) with a minimum of two years experience working in an Adult's Social Work setting are essential for this position. A valid UK driving licence and vehicle is preferred for this role but not essential.
