You'll have access to a strong pastoral team, wraparound support, and the freedom to deliver creative, trauma-informed teaching that gets results.
Whether you're currently in a special school or a mainstream teacher with a strong background in SEMH and behaviour support, this is a chance to shape young lives in a setting where inclusion isn't just a buzzword - it's embedded in the culture.

• Proven experience supporting children with SEMH and/or SEND
• Excellent behaviour management and trauma-informed approaches
• Confidence in managing and de-escalating challenging behaviour
• Commitment to inclusive education and building strong, trusting relationships
• Ability to work as part of a multi-disciplinary team
