Pay Rate: £12.31 per hour + £50 per sleep-in shift
Hours: Full-Time - 37.5 hours per week
Driver Requirement: Full UK Manual Driving Licence essential

We're looking for a compassionate, energetic, and proactive Support Worker to join our team in Worcester. You'll be supporting four incredible adults—two men and two women—who live with autism, learning disabilities, cerebral palsy, and epilepsy. They're full of personality, humour, and curiosity—and they're looking for someone who can help them live life to the fullest.

Who Will You Be Supporting?

You'll be working with a vibrant group of individuals aged 40s to 70s who love:

- Music & Movement: Country and western tunes, musicals, and dancing

- Adventures & Travel: From local sightseeing to holidays in Paris and Dublin

- Hobbies & Interests: Lego building, football, boats, trains, and socialising

- Hydropool Sessions: Yes, you'll need to be happy getting in the water!

- Wheelchair Support: Two individuals use wheelchairs full-time, and one uses one when out and about

They're looking for someone who can match their energy, respect their routines, and bring fresh ideas to their day-to-day lives.

What Will You Be Doing?

As a Support Worker, you'll be:

- Empowering Independence: Supporting with personal care, mobility, and daily routines

- Encouraging Engagement: Joining in with activities, trips, and holidays

- Supporting Nutrition: Helping with meal prep and following eating and drinking guidelines

- Administering Medication: Ensuring safe and timely support

- Being a Positive Presence: Bringing calm, consistency, and creativity to every shift

Shift Patterns Include:

- Day Shifts: 8:00 AM - 4:00 PM, 9:00 AM - 5:00 PM, 1:00 PM - 8:30 PM

- Long Day with Sleep-In: 2:00 PM - 1:00 PM (next day)

- Sleep-In: 10:30 PM - 7:30 AM (paid to sleep)

Rotas are provided in advance to support a healthy work-life balance.
